How domestic events reinforce corporate culture

Internal (corporate) events are organized in all companies, in one form or another. These can be standard weekly planning meetings, annual meetings, motivational events or top-management meetings. Corporate events reflect the company’s culture. Their organization determines how employees perceive the employer. And this is far from a secondary indicator.
