Event organizers ARENA CS were tasked with organizing a large event for several thousand people dedicated to civil society in Ukraine.

Organization of the conference was the main task. Our team was responsible for building the stage and small areas for lectures and discussions, children’s areas, reading and relaxation spaces. Also, ARENA CS organized exhibition areas for public and state organizations from all over the country.

The event was held in a hybrid format: our team was responsible for the online broadcast. More than 3,000 participants and guests took part in the event.
